INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 1/2 TSP
INSTRUCTION :
- Switch on the stove, place a wok and let it become hot.
- Add the oil and add the ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smells goes away.
- Add the sliced onions and saute it for a minute or 2.
- Add the chopped vegetables and saute it for 2 mins.
- Add required amouth of salt and saute it for a minute.
- Add the soy sauce to the vegetables and mix it well.
- After a minute, add the boiled rice to the pan and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add pepper powder and chopped spring onion and switch off the stove.
- Serve it while it’s hot.
BOILED RICE :
- Take a cup of raw rice and wash it a thrice with normal water.
- Drain all the water and add the rice to a sauce pan/cooker.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the pan/cooker and cook the rice at medium temperature.
NOTE :
Cook the fried rice in medium high or high temperature. Let the vegetables cook only till 80%.
