How to make an easy and simple veg fried at home ?

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :

  • OIL - 3 TBSP
  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 1 1/2 TSP
  • SPRING ONION - OPTIONAL
  • SLICED ONION - 1/2
  • CARROT - 1
  • CABBAGE - 150 GM
  • BEANS - 150 GM
  • SALT - AS REQUIRED
  • THICK SOY SAUCE - 1 TSP
  • BOILES RICE - 1 CUP


INSTRUCTION : 

  1. Switch on the stove, place a wok and let it become hot.
  2. Add the oil and add the ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smells goes away.
  3. Add the sliced onions and saute it for a minute or 2.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and saute it for 2 mins.
  5. Add required amouth of salt and saute it for a minute.
  6. Add the soy sauce to the vegetables and mix it well.
  7. After a minute, add the boiled rice to the pan and saute for 2 minutes.
  8. Add pepper powder and chopped spring onion and switch off the stove.
  9. Serve it while it’s hot.

BOILED RICE :

  1. Take a cup of raw rice and wash it a thrice with normal water.
  2. Drain all the water and add the rice to a sauce pan/cooker.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the pan/cooker and cook the rice at medium temperature.

NOTE :

Cook the fried rice in medium high or high temperature. Let the vegetables cook only till 80%.
